Biography
Kaylee Sweetman is in the process of obtaining her B.S. in Human Biology at the University of California, Davis. In previous years, she has volunteered at a library, helping in the children’s section with tutoring, was president of a hiking club, and co-hosted a podcast about miscellaneous topics. In more recent years, she has become an Employment Mentor and Academic Mentor for scholars under the Redwood SEED Scholars Program and started her role as an In-Home Support Services (IHSS) provider this school year. Some of Kaylee’s interests include: listening to musicals, watching numerous types of movies, and spending time with her cats (and all cats and dogs for that matter). In the future, Kaylee hopes to finish her bachelor’s degree and pursue a career in nursing using the knowledge she gains researching lactation studies under various research projects.
