Bio
Hillary Lo is a PhD student in Nutritional Biology at the University of California, Davis. Her research interests center on improving early-life nutrition through breastfeeding and lactation support for underserved populations. She recently completed her undergraduate studies in Applied Human Nutrition at the University of Guelph, where she led several research projects related to dairy intake and health outcomes among Canadian children in the Guelph Family Health Study. Her current presentation builds upon her undergraduate thesis, which examined the relationship between dairy-derived saturated fat intake and body composition outcomes in young children.
